Brady Europe, Middle-East & Africa seeks a Field Technical Service Professional based in Bologna, Italy to repair, service and install Brady equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes efficient field days and strong customer focus.

You will use your technical background to diagnose issues, perform installations and provide training, while collaborating with dispatch and sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction. Travel across Italy is expected.

Competenze

Educational background related to the job.
Fluent Italian and good English; French/Spanish a plus.
Strong learning and problem-solving attitude.
Interest in technology: Arduino, 3D printing; THT printing experience is a plus.
Able to adapt to changing situations and find quick solutions.
Good time management and prioritization.
Team player with cooperative mindset.
Commercial flair and interest in customer relations.

Mansioni

Provide onsite technical support: repairs, servicing, installations, training and problem solving.
Assist solutions or repair teams from the office.
Follow up with customers; involve sales rep to ensure satisfaction when needed.
Plan field interventions with dispatcher for efficiency.
Use administrative tools and procedures in daily work.
Communicate with suppliers on issues or product improvements.
Identify sales or service leads during customer interactions.
