Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking an experienced technical sales professional in Italy who will manage customer and channel partner relationships, translate needs into SEL solutions, and forecast quarterly sales while analyzing market trends.

You will educate customers on SEL technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to operational excellence in a global manufacturing context. Travel to customer sites is required.

Competenze

Bachelor-level engineering degree required and relevant professional experience preferred.
3+ years in electrical engineering or technical sales.
Customer-facing experience essential.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Fluent in local language and aware of regional business practices.

Mansioni

Manage and develop relationships with SEL customers and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements; determine and deliver the optimal SEL solution.
Build and maintain knowledge of SEL products and educate customers on SEL technology.
Develop and deliver quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.
Collect, analyze and report industry, competitor and customer trends.
Collaborate to address customer feedback and product issues.
Coordinate with customers, contracts & risk, and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships.
Use CRM tools to maintain data, track opportunities, and log sales activities.
Follow SEL Values and World-Class Manufacturing principles.
