Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of safety and security systems in the building domain
• Support technicians during their field activities
• Find solutions for new integration of third‑party tools in our supervisor system
• Define demo systems for internal colleagues
• Learn network solutions and configuration
• Interact with HQ for support‑request escalation

Required Entry Qualifications

• You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You have a technical academic background (Diploma or ITS)
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team‑player ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never‑stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
