Sisal is seeking a People Partnering Manager to support our Technology organization across multiple locations. You will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth, overseeing the full employee lifecycle with compliant HR practices.

Based in Italy with regular travel across the country, the role requires fluency in Italian and English, experience with Workday, and strong stakeholder management to align HR initiatives

Competenze

• 5–7 years of HR Business Partner or strategic HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and labor law.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and development initiatives.

Mansioni

• Support talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding processes.
• Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle with consistent HR practices and compliance.
• Coordinate salary review processes ensuring consistency with company guidelines.
• Drive performance management processes and support managers in decision-making.
• Design and lead cross-country learning initiatives across Tech populations (Italy, Turkey, Albania).
• Lead end-to-end team-building and engagement initiatives across Italy, managing vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on employment contracts and terminations in line with labor laws and policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; act as a reference on employee relations.Monitor exit programs and incentives where needed.
• Manage the Tech population across multiple locations (Milan, Rome, Naples, Palermo, Porcari) and travel monthly.
