Somacis S.p.A. in Castelfidardo, Italy, is hiring a Group People Development & Training Specialist to design and lead the company’s people development strategies and performance processes.

You will define career paths, support internal mobility and succession, and partner with HR leadership to align talent initiatives with business goals. The role requires 3-5 years in HR and strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise; English proficiency is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics or Organizational Psychology.
• 3-5 years in HR roles focused on people development, learning & development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, learning methodologies, and feedback systems.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging Performance, Learning and Talent modules.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Business-minded with strategic thinking and results focus.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, change-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
