Flutter SEA seeks a People Partnering Manager to support our Tech organization across multiple locations, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies and ensure compliant HR practices.
You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, support talent development, manage salary reviews, and coordinate cross-country learning and engagement initiatives across Italy, Turkey and Albania.
Competenze
- 5/7 years of experience as HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of full employee lifecycle and HR policies.
- Experience designing learning, engagement and talent development initiatives.
Mansioni
- Support talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding.
- Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs to aid data-driven decisions.
- Manage full employee lifecycle with consistent employee experience.
- Advise leadership on performance, employee relations and org topics.
- Lead salary review processes and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate performance management and drive cross-country learning initiatives.
- Design and lead team-building and engagement programs for Tech population in Italy, Turkey and Albania.
- Guide on contracts and terminations in line with labor laws.
