Flutter SEA is seeking a People Partnering Manager to support our Technology organization across Italy, Turkey and Albania. You will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance while contributing to talent development and business performance.

Competenze

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and HR policies.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and drive people strategies.
• Experience designing learning and engagement initiatives.
• Analytical mindset to interpret HR metrics and costs.

Mansioni

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle and salary review processes.
• Coordinate performance management and learning initiatives.
• Lead cross-country learning and engagement projects for Tech teams in Italy, Turkey, Albania.
• Provide guidance on contracts, terminations and labor-law compliance.
• Ensure consistent HR practices across multiple locations and vendors.
• Travel across Italy at least monthly to support teams.
