Sisal Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Technology People Partnering Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Tech organization across locations.

You will partner with leaders to drive people strategies, engagement, and growth, overseeing the full lifecycle with a focus on compliance and performance. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition support, data-driven workforce decisions, salary reviews, and cross-country learning initiatives for Italy, Turkey, and Albania, while

Competenze

• 5/7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and labor law.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage complex employee matters.
• Experience in learning, engagement and talent development initiatives.

Mansioni

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding and hiring decisions.
• Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs for data-driven decisions.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure consistent employee experience.
• Advise leadership on performance, relations and organizational topics.
• Lead salary review, performance management and compensation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-country learning and engagement initiatives for Tech teams in Italy, Turkey and Albania.
• Drive end-to-end team building and engagement for Tech population in Italy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and handle sensitive cases.
• Oversee exit programs and low/bottom performer management aligned with regulations.
