Lavazza Group in Turin (Nuvola HQ) is seeking a Talent & Performance Management Intern to join the HR Department. You will support performance management processes, roll out a new HR system, and contribute to strategic HR projects.

You will analyze data, assist with annual performance cycles, and help drive improvements in talent management, succession planning, and talent pools. The role offers an international context and flexible working arrangements.

Competenze

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the management of the Performance Management process, monitor progress, and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate in the preparation of materials, guidelines, and communications for managers and HR stakeholders.
• Support the planning and coordination of Assessment Centers.
• Assist in consolidating and analyzing information related to talent management, succession planning and talent pools, producing both quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Participate in HR process improvement and digital transformation projects related to Talent & Performance Management
