Lindt & Sprüngli S.p.A. is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join the HR team in Induno Olona (VA), Italy. The role focuses on HR data management, Workday governance and ongoing reporting to support workforce decisions and budgeting.

You will drive data quality, process integrity across HR operations and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR analytics and cost management using advanced Excel and AI-enabled tools.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and compliance implications.
• Experience managing HR data and systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with payroll-related processes and labour cost dynamics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
