Luigi Lavazza SPA in Torino invites applications for a 6-month full-time Experience Project Intern within the Marketing Innovation & Experience Team at our HQ Nuvola. You will support innovation projects and consumer experiences, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive product development and go-to-market activities.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, market analysis, and business case preparation while developing skills across cross-functional teams in

Competenze

• 6-month full-time internship starting Sep/Oct 2026.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to work in cross-functional environments.
• Passionate about innovation and consumer-centric mindset.

Mansioni

• Support the development and execution of innovation projects, focusing on the Accessories portfolio
• Support the product development process from concept to launch, coordinating activities across functions
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to identify trends and innovation opportunities
• Support the preparation of business cases, project presentations, and product documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, timelines, and go-to-market activities
• Support the coordination of external agencies, suppliers, and partners involved in project development
