Luigi Lavazza SPA in Turin is seeking a Sensory & Innovation Intern to join the Innovation Center. You will support sensory analysis, manage tasting sessions, and prepare samples as part of the Sensory & Shelf Life Team in R&D.
The six-month, full-time internship starts in October 2026, requiring a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology and fluency in Italian and English. You will gain hands-on experience in a multinational setting, enhance Excel/PowerPoint skills, and contribute to report
Competenze
- Six-month full-time internship in Turin.
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology required.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- International experience is a plus.
Mansioni
- Carry out bibliographic research.
- Support the creation of analytical and experimental plans.
- Assist in practical tasting activities and sample preparation.
- Support internal assessor training and sample analysis.
- Collect, organize, and process data to contribute to report drafting.
- Collaborate with the Sensory Manager and team in the daily management of tasting panels.
