Luigi Lavazza SPA in Turin is seeking a Sensory & Innovation Intern to join the Innovation Center. You will support sensory analysis, manage tasting sessions, and prepare samples as part of the Sensory & Shelf Life Team in R&D.

The six-month, full-time internship starts in October 2026, requiring a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology and fluency in Italian and English. You will gain hands-on experience in a multinational setting, enhance Excel/PowerPoint skills, and contribute to report

• Carry out bibliographic research.

You will become part of ourSensory & Shelf Life Teamwithin the R&D Department, where you'll support sensory analysis activities, manage tasting sessions, prepare samples, and process data — all contributing to a deeper understanding of coffee from a sensory and innovation perspective.

• You hold a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology

• You’ve probably had an international experience – language course or exchange programme? Way to go!
• You’re passionate about sensory analysis and eager to learn through hands‑on experience
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an extended international team
• You’re creative, proactive, and confident with Excel and PowerPoint
