Tenova S.p.A. in Italy is offering a 6-month HR Internship focused on Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

The successful candidate will support the HR Business Partner, draft job descriptions, post ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding and training activities, while developing relationships with internal stakeholders. Fluent English and MS Office skills are required; Erasmus or international experience is a plus.

• Fluent English required (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidentiality, integrity and professional handling of sensitive information.
• Strong communication and mediation skills.
• Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.

Mansioni

• Support all key HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Organization) and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Support HR Business Partner in people lifecycle management and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist Talent Acquisition: draft job descriptions, post ads, screen CVs, organize interviews, manage candidate feedback.
• Support Training activities: collect training needs, maintain monitoring files and reports, assist implementation and follow-up.
• Develop professional relationships with Heads of Functions and other internal stakeholders.
