De Nora Group is seeking an Organization & Analytics Intern in Milan to support HR reporting, data quality and headcount monitoring across the organization. You will collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation and other HR areas to drive data driven improvements.

Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or related fields, basic Excel skills, and a proactive, curious mindset with strong teamwork in diverse environments.
