ALOHAS in Rome is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor for our brand-new store to deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client. You will represent ALOHAS values with energy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our sustainability commitments.

With a strong sales mindset, you will use clienteling tools to capture preferences, nurture relationships, and drive conversions across online and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, ideally in a performance-focused environment.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience using clienteling or CRM tools to support client engagement and sales.
• Customer-first attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish or any other language is a plus).
• Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to learn; high integrity and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of ALOHAS, representing the brand with energy and professionalism.
• Share knowledge about ALOHAS, our story, products, and sustainability commitments.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and build long-term relationships.

• Collaborate with the team and help with stock replenishment and inventories.
