Job summary

Meller is seeking an energetic Sales Assistant for an in-store role in Rome. You’ll deliver personalised customer service, uphold brand standards, and support daily operations from replenishment to cash handling.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in fashion sales, a strong aesthetic, and English proficiency; other languages are a plus. A permanent contract and growth opportunities await the right person.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English with additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised advice and create exceptional in-store experiences.
• Maintain store standards, organise space, and reflect brand identity.
• Support replenishment, cash register operations and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to deliver top customer interactions.
