Job summary

ALOHAS is opening its first store in Rome and seeks a results-driven Sales Advisor to deliver a unique and memorable client experience. You will warmly welcome visitors, present our sustainable fashion story, and tailor recommendations to individual needs while upholding brand standards and visual guidelines.

You will use clienteling tools to capture preferences, follow up after visits, drive conversion, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Experience using clienteling or CRM tools to support client engagement and sales.
• Customer-first attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to learn.
• High integrity, motivation and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our values.
• Deliver tailored service to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Use clienteling tools to capture preferences, follow up after visits, and support retention.
• Engage customers to maximize conversion and satisfaction; handle questions and returns efficiently.
• Support seamless shopping across online and offline channels and assist with stock replenishment.
