ALOHAS is opening a brand-new store in the historic centre of Rome and is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead the team from day one. You will drive sales, deliver premium client experiences and translate brand values into in-store actions that reflect sustainability and style.

You will build a high-performing team, collaborating with HQ on strategy and reporting while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience as Store Manager in premium or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strategic vision and ability to turn data into business actions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience with sales techniques, KPIs and customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with CRM and clienteling strategies.
• Passion for product, people and retail innovation.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Hands-on, agile, responsible and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team and drive commercial performance.
• Own and analyze sales results, KPIs and profitability.
• Collaborate with HQ on strategy, reporting, and priorities.
• Ensure premium client experience and clienteling.
• Oversee stock, VM and in-store presentations.
