Your Responsibilities
  • Planning, creation, and updating of program schedules and activities, taking into account forecasts, customer orders, production, and supplier capacities
  • Translation of sales requirements into realistic and actionable operational plans
  • Close collaboration with sales, production, logistics, and procurement to ensure that customer orders are efficiently planned and production capacities are aligned with operational requirements
  • Organization and moderation of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) meetings
  • Monitoring and management of backlogs, as well as coordination with sales and production to prioritize and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identification of deviations in the production process and implementation of corrective measures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
  • Coordination of ramp‑up and phase‑out of new products with key departments to ensure program execution
  • Development and proposal of ramp‑up curves to flexibly respond to changing requirements and optimize processes
  • Analysis of KPIs and forecast data to support decision‑making
  • Promotion of effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize processes and enhance overall performance
Your Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at the executive level
  • 3+ years as program or project planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of production planning and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a “matrix” collaboration among departments
  • Deep knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word…)
