Lam Research Corporation seeks a Sales Account Manager based in Agrate, Italy to strengthen strategic customer relationships in the semiconductor sector and drive business growth. You will understand customer needs, build account strategies aligned with Lam’s objectives, and coordinate internal resources to deliver customer satisfaction and long-term development.

Competenze

Degree in electromechanical, electronics or electrical engineering (required).
At least five years in the semiconductor industry across sales, marketing, customer support, field ops or leadership roles.
Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and CRM capabilities.
Strategic thinking and business acumen to create customer value.
Ability to influence stakeholders and operate autonomously in a complex, multicultural environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Mansioni

Manage dedicated customer accounts with ownership, building trusted relationships and understanding business priorities and future investment plans.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with local and corporate programs and product priorities.
Promote Lam equipment, parts, services and contracts by translating customer needs into value-based proposals.
Lead proactive customer engagement through meetings, presentations, demonstrations, site visits and reviews.
Support quotations, contracts and order closure for systems, retrofits and service opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment among customer requirements, quotations, POs, machine configurations and specs; communicate changes internally.
Monitor account performance, opportunities, risks, gaps, forecasts and cash collection; propose corrective actions.
Maintain accurate account information including stakeholders, organization, installed base and opportunities.
