• 5+ years in a high-paced, project-based organisation.
• Strong analytics using Excel and data modelling.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English and Italian communication.

Responsibilities

• Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives, collaborate with various business units, and contribute to continuous improvement in our delivery network.
• Own part of our network efficiency: define market-winning strategies at a hyper-local level, considering factors that make us the most attractive food delivery option, improve service levels across Operations and balance cost priorities with growth and service level delivery. Create models & frameworks to industrialise our monitoring and support our operations.
• Improve the customer and rider proposition: join a team dedicated to delivering better outcomes for riders, partners and our customers.
• Act as the primary Operations point of contact for local Commercial teams, treating them as internal customers and providing rider-supply and operational expertise.
