Zusammenfassung

Glovo is seeking an Operational Compliance & Rider Operations Lead for Italy. You will shape local compliance, manage union relations, and elevate rider experience amid rapid growth. You will report to the Head of Operations and own local processes across onboarding, support, and billing.

Collaborating with Global Operations, Legal, and Finance, you will drive efficiency, automation, and data-informed decisions to build a scalable delivery network in Italy.

Qualifikationen

• Italian and English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Proven leadership of a team (4+).
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience navigating regulatory or union relations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 direct reports across rider operations and compliance.
• Define and monitor local processes to ensure compliance with Italian laws and authorities.
• Manage industrial/union relations and external institutional relationships.
• Optimize rider onboarding, support, and billing processes.
• Collaborate with Global Operations, Legal, and Finance to align local with global best practices.
• Drive process automation and use data to scale operations.
