Deliveroo in Italy is seeking a senior member for Consumer Strategy & Operations to shape growth in the Italian market. You will partner with the GM to define priority cities, influence product roadmaps, and manage cross-functional delivery with local teams.

The role requires strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to drive topline growth and implement structured execution plans.

Formación

• 5–10 years in strategy, consulting, business operations or a growth-related role in a tech or consumer business.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work from incomplete data sets.
• Clear, concise communication, with ability to influence across teams and up to GM level.
• Collaborative mindset and bias for action in cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Be the GM’s growth partner: define priority cities and formulate growth plans.
• Influence Product roadmaps across pricing, Plus, and core user experience for Italy.
• Programme-manage growth plans and drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Co-own Italy’s consumer growth metrics and support annual/quarterly planning.
