Wall Street English is seeking an experienced Regional Controller for Southern and Central Europe, based in Milan. This key finance partner will support various European markets through financial insight, ensuring compliance with Group standards while enhancing operational effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have over 8 years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in multinational settings. The role demands fluency in English and Italian, and offers a collaborative work environment focused on diversity and inclusion.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with some international exposure.
• Strong background in financial controlling, FP&A, multi-country reporting, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and Italian GAAP.

Mansioni

• Lead the regional budgeting and forecasting process.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to leadership and local GMs.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.
• Produce accurate monthly reporting packages for Group Finance.
