Job summary

Jefferson Wells Italia is searching for a Controller to monitor business performance, revenues, margins, and overhead costs while partnering with local and international teams. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and business planning across the group.

The candidate will analyze variances, support treasury activities, and drive improvements in reporting tools and systems. Excellent command of IFRS and Advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or Consulting.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong experience in revenue, margin, and cost analysis.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Monitor revenues, margins, and sales pipeline performance.
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Control fixed and overhead costs, supporting cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare periodic management reports, KPIs, cash flow analyses, and dashboards.
• Support treasury activities and cash flow forecasting.
• Improve controlling processes, reporting tools, and systems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
