Nuove H2O seeks a seasoned Controller to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across Italy and Spain. You will partner with business leaders, manage regional finance teams, and align with global treasury and tax frameworks.

The role drives performance insights and supports growth initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in finance within industrial sectors, strong ERP and Excel skills, and fluency in English, with Italian or Spanish a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
10+ years of progressive finance experience in industrial sectors.
Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced financial modeling.
English fluency; Spanish or Italian a plus.

Mansioni

Standardize monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes.
Consolidate regional P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; provide variance analyses.
Maintain internal controls aligned with global finance framework.
Coordinate statutory reporting with auditors and regulators.
Develop KPIs and dashboards; lead cash and working capital reporting.
