Talent Garden in Milan is seeking a Business Controller to join our Finance & Control team. You will support financial planning, monthly close, reporting, and analysis across the organisation, partnering with the CFO and department heads to provide insights for strategic decisions.

This hands-on role offers visibility into pan-European operations within a small, collaborative finance team, with opportunities to shape budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across campuses and training

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Solid understanding of financial statements and management accounting principles.

Mansioni

Support the monthly financial close process, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Prepare and present monthly management reports for the CFO and leaders.
Contribute to annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.
Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams, translating data into insights.
Identify risks, cost optimizations, and efficiencies across campuses and training business.
