Christian Dior Italy S.r.l. is seeking a Finance Controller Assistant to join the Southern Europe Finance team in Milan.

The role reports to the Senior Finance Controller and links local accounting teams with the EMEA Finance group, coordinating day-to-day communication across functions. The position involves supporting month-end close, internal reporting on performance, and KPI monitoring, with responsibilities across PL lines and ad-hoc CFO requests.

Competenze

• University Degree in Finance and Business Administration.
• Good knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proficient use of Excel and Office 365.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-working attitude.

Mansioni

• Provide weekly and monthly internal reporting on business performance.
• Support Senior Finance Controller on the monitoring and analysis of local accounting teams’ deliverables.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Be responsible for controlling specific PL lines assigned by the Controller.
• Contribute to improve the controlling flows.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis required by CFO and EMEA/Central Finance team.

Position

We are looking for a Finance Controller Assistant to join our amazing Southern Europe Finance team at Christian Dior Italy S.r.l, based in Milan.

In addition to reporting directly to the Senior Finance Controller, the person will also act as a link between the local accounting teams (Turkey, Greece and Cyprus) and EMEA Finance team, and will have direct day‑to‑day communication with other functions of the office.

Job responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly internal reporting on business performance’
• Support Senior Finance Controller on the monitoring and analysis of local accounting teams’ deliverables
• Participate to the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Be responsible in controlling specific PL lines assigned by the Controller
