Nexans in Italy and France seeks a Senior Financial Controller to support strategic business decisions. You’ll partner with three leaders to deliver reporting, internal controls, budget & forecast, and cost accounting.

Main responsibilities include delivering reliable cost accounting and timely closing with key controls, ensuring data reliability and process documentation, developing indicators to support decision making, and presenting an accurate view of the unit's financial performance.

• Strong data processing and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP knowledge.
• Experience with international group reporting.

The main responsibilities:

• Deliver reliable cost accounting and perform on time processes and closing with associated key controls
• Ensure data information reliability and associated process documentation
• Maintain and develop indicators to support decision process
• Provide an accurate and coherent vision of the unit financial performance

Your starting points

The required skills and qualifications:

• Strong data processing and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to obtain cooperation in this transversal role
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (especially Excel)
• Good SAP knowledge with specific insights in Cost Accounting/Controlling
• Experienced in international group reporting requirements
• Fluent English
• At least 5 years in the specific role
