Omterra is seeking a Proposal Specialist in Italy to support preparation and coordination of service proposals and customer orders, ensuring collaboration across sales, project management, finance, and procurement.

You will manage quotes from receipt to submission, coordinate proposals, help with pricing, and oversee orders, with SAP and Salesforce usage, and advanced Excel. This role offers hybrid working, an international environment, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

Master's degree in economics, business administration, or engineering.
Experience in commercial, order management, or project management roles.
Proficient with SAP; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Mansioni

Manage customer requests for quotations from receipt through to submission, ensuring all requirements are met.
Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation in alignment with customer needs and internal governance.
Collect and consolidate cost inputs, support pricing activities, and ensure the accuracy of offer calculations and assumptions.
Oversee customer orders from receipt to execution handover, ensuring smooth processing and confirmation.
Maintain accurate records in company systems, including SAP and Salesforce, while supporting financial administration activities such as billing and accounts coordination.
