You will manage end-to-end proposal processes, coordinate with engineering, sales and spare parts teams, and create standardized templates for efficient future bids.

The role emphasizes learning the technical-commercial side, developing customer-facing experience, and contributing to service meltshop initiatives in a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Must read and summarize technical documentation (mechanical, hydraulic, process).
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; MS Office fluent.

• Proposal Management: end-to-end modernization/revamping proposals via SAP and CRM.
• Convert technical studies into structured commercial proposals.
• Develop templates and content libraries to standardize proposals.
• Create and maintain standard proposal packages for Service Meltshop products.
• Support customer interactions in later proposal stages as development path.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and spare parts teams for alignment.
