SYSTRA in Rome is seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to support Italian market opportunities within the Sales Team. You will analyze tender requirements, help prepare technical and commercial documents, and coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to craft compelling bids.

The role is hybrid in Rome, with an emphasis on accuracy, deadlines, and clear technical storytelling appropriate for public transport and mobility projects. Entry-level candidates are welcome.

Competenze

• Entry-level / minimal prior experience required.
• Degree in technical, economic, or management disciplines (engineering/architecture preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to review technical and project docs.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, and content structuring.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines within multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to quality and organization.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of English is a plus.
