Technogym is seeking a Solution Key Account for the HCP segment to join the Country Field Sales team. You will focus on new business development and account management across health, corporate and performance sectors.

You will be hungry, professional, and collaborative, developing and maintaining a large portfolio of products, services and solutions while driving growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Solid experience with CRM software; Salesforce would be a plus.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.
• Help achieve local sales, profitability and cash flow targets.
• Generate opportunities, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM.
