A leading beverage company is seeking a Key Account Specialist Retail for the Sicily region. The role focuses on driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through GDO accounts, requiring proactive management of client relationships and effective sales strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sales within the FMCG sector, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset. A diverse workforce is encouraged to apply.

Competenze

  • 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry and GDO.
  • Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics and distribution channel.
  • Good knowledge of Office applications - especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude.

Mansioni

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with GDO clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key groups within the assigned region.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and monitor account performance.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
