Mercer’s Milan office is hiring for a business development focused role within the Sales Team. You will develop new opportunities for Mercer, engage prospective clients, and manage proposals and RFP responses in collaboration with Marsh Group colleagues.

The role emphasizes HR consulting and workforce transformation, with Italy/English language fluency and a strong commercial mindset. Permanent contract with a competitive benefits package is offered.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Economics/Management or similar.
• Proven professional experience in client-facing roles.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
