Mercer’s Business Development team is focused on business development and account management activities. This role involves identifying prospective clients and proposing solutions within Mercer’s Career business offering, with a particular focus on Workforce & Organization Transformation, Rewards, Digital Transformation, Talent Strategy, and Change Management.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Mercer’s business and the Marsh Group, while helping to build a more effective commercial structure alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and Mercer Practice experts. You will have the chance to develop integrated and innovative value propositions for the HR needs of clients and prospects, and to learn from experienced and highly respected colleagues who represent Italy’s leading HR Consulting business. In this role, you will build your expertise in HR and organizational solutions, contribute to shaping an integrated approach across Marsh Group’s businesses, and progressively help grow Mercer’s commercial structure. You will work directly with prospects to understand their organizational needs, represent Mercer’s innovative solutions, and manage the full negotiation process.
