Mercer’s Sales Team in Milan is seeking a Business Development professional to identify prospective clients, propose HR transformation solutions, and manage the full sales cycle. You will collaborate with Marsh Group teams to develop integrated value propositions for Workforce & Organization Transformation, Rewards, and Talent Strategy.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Economics/Management, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in Italian and English.

Demonstrated client-facing experience and curiosity for commercial topics.
Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

Develop new business opportunities for Mercer in collaboration with Marsh Group’s other businesses.
Identify and engage prospective clients through multiple channels and campaigns.
Manage the full sales cycle, prepare proposals, and develop RFP responses for HR-related solutions.
Collaborate with Mercer Career Practices and Marsh teams to meet client needs.
Negotiate terms and support leadership in commercial effectiveness.
