JD.com is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape talent strategy for its logistics footprint across Italy and Spain. You will partner with senior leaders to align people programs with business priorities, ensuring compliant, high-impact HR delivery in a fast-growing cross-border environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP, fluent English, and working knowledge of Italian or Spanish labor regulation, plus strong stakeholder management and change-management skills within a global

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in logistics, supply chain or high-volume distribution centers.
• Fluent in English; Italian and/or Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of logistics or supply chain operations and frontline talent needs in Southern Europe.
• Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations and organizational development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Italian CCNL statutes and Spanish labor regulations and EU directives.

• Provide strategic HR support to logistics leadership to improve organizational performance.
• Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for staffing needs in Italy and Spain.
