Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the BA Food Solutions in Southern Europe, including Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey. You’ll shape people strategies, lead organizational design and development, and partner with commercial leaders to drive performance in a dynamic, international setting.

You will oversee labor compliance, talent acquisition, succession planning and HR process excellence, with a focus on DEI and transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in an international matrix organization.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales-driven businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations.
• Fluent in English; any other South European language is an advantage.
• Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• Support ~175 employees across Southern Europe and act as Country HR Manager for Spain, Greece and Turkey
• Oversee full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with local labor legislation
