Datalogic in Bologna is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner for Group Operations leaders, driving HR strategies and initiatives across international sites. You will blend business partnering with execution, analytics, and continuous improvement of people processes.

The role requires about 8 years in HR Business Partner roles within structured organizations, fluency in Italian and English, and a permanent contract within a dynamic industrial setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• Italian and English fluency, written and spoken.
• Approximately 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner in international organizations.

Mansioni

• Act as trusted HR partner for Group Operations Directors and Business Leaders.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, people practices, and organizational matters.
• Coordinate HR teams across countries and plants within the Group Operations perimeter.
• Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, and labor costs.
• Support headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, and salary reviews.
• Support recruiting and internal mobility initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance requirements.
