JD.COM in Milan is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals across JD's logistics division in Italy and Southern Europe. Based in Milan, you will partner with senior leadership to foster talent development and a high-performance culture, guiding recruitment, workforce planning, and organizational change.

You will lead performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and local CCNL agreements.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of Italian labor standards, statutory benefits, and HR best practices.
• Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Mansioni

• Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
• Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD’s staffing needs in Italian logistics and fulfillment center operations.
• Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Italian labor laws.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD’s global vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and national collective bargaining agreements (CCNL - Logistics & Transport).
• Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
• Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion to strengthen JD’s work culture.
