Zalando Logistics Operations Italy S.R.L. is seeking an experienced P&O Business Partner on a 1-year fixed-term contract to support about 60 staff in Nogarole Rocca.

You will be the trusted HR adviser, coordinating payroll, HR systems, and compliance across internal stakeholders and external providers. You will work with Talent Acquisition on roles and onboarding, while steering on performance, compensation and career development.

Competenze

• 3+ years as HR business partner or 6+ years in HR generalist role in international, fast-paced org.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment law and social security systems.
• Experience with payroll processing in cooperation with external service providers.
• Experience with Zucchetti and Workday is a strong advantage.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Strong consulting skills and business acumen; ability to influence.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills.

• Be a trusted advisor for management on staff topics.
• Collaborate with external providers, central HR team in Berlin, on-site partners, and legal department on employment law questions.
• Manage payroll administration with external service providers.
• Oversee personnel files and HR system management.
• Use HR KPIs and employee surveys to steer business units.
• Translate insights into actionable measures for units.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to define roles, postings, and interview processes; drive recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide expertise on performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Autonomously consult, inspire, and enable leaders on people topics.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as they arise.
