JD Logistics is expanding in Italy and seeks an experienced Health & Safety professional to establish the full PRL framework for Milan operations and ensure 100% compliance with Italian labor laws before onboarding and during scale-up.

The role requires ownership of risk assessment, incident prevention, security protocols, and regulatory reporting across Madrid/Milan sites, working with local facilities and global risk teams to build a robust safety culture.

Competenze

• Fluent professional English and Italian mandatory for local compliance and reporting.
• Experience delivering health, safety, and risk compliance for high-volume warehouse or industrial launches.
• Knowledge of Italian labor laws and safety regulations is essential.

Mansioni

• Establish, audit, and enforce the full Health & Safety framework for Milan operations before go-live.
• Lead risk assessments, incident prevention, and emergency response design across sites.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting with local facilities management and global risk/compliance teams.
• Drive safety onboarding and ongoing training for managers and site operators.
