JD Logistics in Milan is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations—receiving, storage, inventory, and order fulfillment—while ensuring top safety, efficiency, and productivity.

You will drive strategic planning, Lean initiatives, and cost optimization, managing teams and collaborating across functions to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced e‑commerce logistics environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, 2 in leadership for hazardous goods.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and high-volume logistics desirable.
