Exein is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CTO across global time zones (EMEA, US, APAC). You will own complex calendar prioritization, end-to-end travel logistics, inbox triage, and high-stakes communications, drafting replies in the CTO’s voice with complete discretion over confidential matters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting founders or C-suite executives in fast-paced environments, with fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI tools.

• 3+ years supporting founders or C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Absolute discretion with sensitive information is mandatory.
• Concise written communication that can mirror the CTO’s voice.

Mansioni

• Own the CTO’s calendar across EMEA, US and APAC time zones.
• Organize travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, logistics.
• Triage inbox and messages; draft replies in the CTO’s voice.
• Prepare meetings: agendas, briefs, background on people and companies.
• Chase follow-ups and open threads across the leadership team.
• Coordinate internal events, offsites and board meeting logistics.
• Handle confidential material (hiring, comp, M&A) with discretion.
• Occasional personal scheduling when intersecting with work commitments.
