A leading vertical farming company in Italy is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Co-Founder and CTO. This hybrid role involves managing complex agendas, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel logistics. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, fluent in both English and Italian, and have a background in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary based on experience will be offered, along with the opportunity to assist in high-level events and external relations.

Competenze

• Ability to manage electronic correspondence independently, adapting language and tone based on context.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a dynamic context; experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Manage complex agendas of the Co-Founder and team, including personal appointments.
• Organize meetings, manage agendas, and prepare necessary materials.
• Arrange international and national travel, including detailed itineraries.
