You’ll own two critical functions as we scale from startup to category leader

• Tech Recruiting (60%)

• Build the machine that brings Europe’s best engineering talent to Exein
• Own the full hiring process for backend, embedded, and security engineers
• Close hard-to-fill roles with a consultative, data-driven approach
• Scale hiring over the next 18 months

• Employer Branding (40%)

• Position Exein as the destination for engineers who want to work on hard problems at scale
• Create content, events, and community initiatives that showcase our technical excellence
• Build our presence where top talent lives: conferences, open source, technical communities
• Turn our growth story into magnetic employer positioning

You are:

• Experienced tech recruiter (5+ years) with a track record in high-growth environments
• Coming from a European scale-up or fast-scaling tech company
• Equally comfortable sourcing passive candidates and building brand strategy
• Data-driven: you optimize funnels, track metrics, and iterate quickly
• A builder who thrives on ownership and creating processes from scratch
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
