Hitachi Vantara is seeking a highly organized Sales Executive Secretary to provide support to the Regional Vice President for the Southern Region and the Italy Country Manager. You will act as a key coordination point across leadership, sales and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

In a fast-paced, international environment, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, support tenders and POs, and help plan leadership events.

Competenze

• Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Secretary role within a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives and sales leadership.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings and travel.
• Experience supporting tenders, RFPs, and purchase orders is highly desirable.
• Fluent English and Italian communication; other languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage complex and frequently changing calendars.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership meetings and business reviews.
• Organise travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the Italian sales organisation and tenders/RFPs process.
• Assist in creation and processing of POs.
• Plan and coordinate leadership events and company-wide initiatives.
