The role requires calendar management across time zones, travel coordination, and event planning, acting as a trusted business partner and ensuring high-quality execution.

Ideal candidates will have EA experience, calendar management skills, and a proactive, discreet approach in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Competenze

• Experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Experience with executive-level calendar management.
• Experience coordinating domestic or international travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Own and manage a complex executive calendar across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expenses.
